Advertising Account Manager

Marketplace Advertising & Campaign Management
Manage day-to-day advertising operations for assigned marketplace accounts.
Plan, launch, monitor, optimize, and scale PLA, PCA, Sponsored Product, and equivalent campaigns.
Develop campaign structures aligned with brand objectives, products, categories, and target audiences.
Conduct keyword and search-term analysis.
Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign performance.
Monitor product-level and brand-level performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Media Planning & Performance Management
Develop media plans and monthly/campaign budgets based on brand objectives and advertising spends.
Track key metrics such as ROAS, Ad Spend, GMV, CTR, conversions, and product performance.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale advertising spends.
Drive overall account and business growth through performance optimization.
Client Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned advertising accounts.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients.
Understand client business goals and advertising objectives.
Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, insights, and action plans.
Address client queries related to campaign performance, budgets, and advertising strategy.
Support client retention and account growth.
Account Growth & Consultative Sales
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Recommend incremental advertising spends based on performance data.
Present media plans and growth opportunities to clients.
Support conversion of new advertising opportunities.
Work with Sales and Account Management teams to onboard new brands and grow existing accounts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Advertising spend managed and growth in advertising spend.
GMV contribution from advertising.
ROAS and overall campaign efficiency.
Account activation rate.
Number and health of active advertising accounts.
Client retention and account growth.
Upselling and cross-selling contribution.
🎓 Mandatory Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience in marketplace advertising is mandatory.
Experience with Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, AJIO Ads, or equivalent e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms.
Practical experience in campaign creation, optimization, bidding, budgeting, keyword management, and search-term analysis.
Strong understanding of ROAS, Ad Spend, GMV, product-level performance, and brand-level advertising.
Experience in preparing media plans and recommending advertising spends.
Ability to independently manage advertising accounts.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.
Strong client communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
