We’re Hiring | Ad Operations Specialist
We’re looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join our team on a contract employment basis.
📍 Location: Bangalore
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
💼 Employment Type: Contract
🎯 Experience: 1+ year in Ad Operations
🛒 Preferred: E-commerce industry experience
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / MBA preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day Ad Operations and Monetization activities
* Coordinate with Brands, Sales, Category and Store teams
* Handle ad serving, campaign execution and reporting
* Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
* Ensure timely execution and report generation
* Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
* Lead and manage a small Ad Operations team
* Drive process improvements and maintain high execution quality
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong execution and time-management abilities
✔️ Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
✔️ Willingness to learn and adapt
