Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Haldwani. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving sales of the company’s products and solutions. Daily activities include conducting market research, supporting promotional campaigns, preparing sales presentations, and participating in product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, after-sales support, and consistent customer service standards. The specialist will also track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute ideas to strengthen brand presence and improve market penetration in the region.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support business growth.
Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product knowledge sessions and support capacity building for partners and customers.
Candidates should have proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools, along with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Relevant experience in sales and marketing within engineering, automotive, or industrial sectors is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Haldwani, travel within the region as required, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
