Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP Consultant role based in Aurangabad. The SAP Consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, map and optimize business processes, and translate them into effective SAP configurations and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing master data, overseeing integrations between SAP modules and external systems, and ensuring data consistency and system reliability. The role involves providing consulting support for process improvements, troubleshooting system issues, preparing documentation, and assisting in user training and change management. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing operations, upgrades, and enhancements aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective SAP-based solutions.
Consulting experience in SAP environments, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution presentation.
Solid understanding of Business Process design and optimization within SAP, preferably in manufacturing or engineering domains.
Hands-on expertise in Master Data management (e.g., materials, vendors, customers) with a focus on data accuracy and governance.
Experience with SAP Integration across modules and with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data and process flows.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; SAP certification is an advantage.
Proficiency in at least one core SAP module (such as MM, SD, PP, FI/CO) and familiarity with cross-functional processes.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, on-site teams.
Prior experience in industrial, automotive, or energy sectors is beneficial, along with a continuous learning mindset.
