🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain HVAC BIM models using Revit MEP
• Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, drawings, and documentation
• Coordinate HVAC models with Architecture, Structure, Electrical, PHE, and other MEP services
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design inputs
• Maintain BIM standards, model quality, and project requirements
• Support project deliverables and coordination meetings as required
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC BIM Modelling
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP – HVAC
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection
• Airport / large-scale project experience will be an advantage
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, layouts, and MEP coordination
• Good communication and coordination skills
