JKR Consulting & Services is hiring BIM Modellers to join our team for a prestigious Large Commercial Project in Bangalore Main City.
* Job Title: BIM Modeller
* Location: Bangalore (Main City)
* Employment Type: Full-Time
* Experience: 2 – 5 Years
* Compensation: Up to 8 LPA
* Notice Period: Candidates who can join within 15–20 days (Notice buyout option available)

Detailed Job Description (JD)
About the Role:
As a BIM Modeller, you will develop, update, and coordinate detailed discipline-wise models for a major commercial development, ensuring clash-free designs and compliance with international BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain discipline-wise Revit/BIM models per project requirements and BIM standards.
* Model MEP services including lighting, power, containment, equipment, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
* Coordinate with architecture and structure teams to ensure clash-free models.
* Prepare and update models from LOD 300 to LOD 350/400.
* Incorporate service penetrations, openings, supports, and hangers.
* Prepare drawings, layouts, schedules, and relevant documentation.
* Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, and QA/QC procedures.
* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver models on schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for the relevant engineering discipline.
* Solid understanding of MEP/ELV systems and standard BIM workflows.
* Practical knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection processes.
* Comprehensive understanding of LOD 300, 350, and 400 requirements.
* Working knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650 is an added advantage).
* Strong communication, coordination, and independent problem-solving skills.
