🚿 BIM Plumbing Modeler – Bangalore | Large Commercial Project
Job Posting Note:
We are looking for an experienced BIM Plumbing Modeler to join our team in Bangalore Main City and work on a prestigious large-scale commercial project. The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining Plumbing BIM models from LOD 300 through LOD 500, in accordance with ISO 19650 principles, project BIM standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Plumbing Revit/BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 500.
Model domestic water supply, drainage, sanitary, rainwater, and other plumbing systems.
Prepare detailed models, layouts, sections, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate plumbing services with HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, Architecture, and Structure.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks/Revit.
Incorporate required openings, sleeves, penetrations, supports/hangers, and service clearances as per project LOD.
Follow ISO 19650, BEP, BIM execution requirements, naming conventions, and QA/QC procedures.
Support model development through design, construction, as-built, and handover stages up to LOD 500, where applicable.
Ensure model accuracy, constructability, data completeness, and timely project delivery.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit – Plumbing.
Good knowledge of Plumbing system design and BIM modelling practices.
Experience working with LOD 300/350/400/500 requirements.
Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM workflows.
Proficiency in Navisworks and clash coordination.
Good understanding of commercial building services and multidisciplinary coordination.
Strong communication and team-coordination skills.
