Responsibilities
Source and screen IT candidates for US clients
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Understand and align with hiring requirements
Coordinate candidate screenings and interviews
Maintain effective communication with clients
Track recruitment activities and meet hiring targets
Qualifications
Experience: 0–1 Year
Required Skills
Strong communication skills
A willingness to learn
An interest in US IT recruitment
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: ₹2.8 LPA (Accommodation Included)
Performance reviews: Every 6 months after the initial 6-month probation
Salary revisions: Based on performance review
Additional Details
Location: Chennai — Work From Office
Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
