Role Description The Owner role at Unlimited Greens is a full-time, on-site position based in North Delhi, responsible for overseeing overall business operations, strategy, and growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales and inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards in product quality and customer service. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, optimizing online and offline processes, and monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and cost control. The Owner will also develop and execute marketing initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. This position requires hands-on involvement in store presentation, operational problem-solving, and continuous improvement of business practices.
Qualifications
Experience in retail or e-commerce operations, with strong skills in business management and strategic planning.
Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain coordination, and vendor relationship handling.
Ability to oversee financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic accounting.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for online sales, customer engagement, and marketing.
Strong leadership, team supervision, and people management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Interest in plants, gardening, or sustainable living; prior experience in horticulture or related fields is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience in running or managing a small business is highly valued.
Ability to work on-site in North Delhi and manage flexible hours as required by business needs.
