Position Summary
The Vice President of Product Management will lead the company’s product strategy, roadmap, development priorities, and lifecycle management across its technology and financial product portfolio. This executive will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, design, operations, compliance, sales, and customer-facing teams to identify market opportunities and translate business objectives into scalable, customer-focused products.
The role requires strong strategic leadership, commercial awareness, cross-functional execution, and the ability to build high-performing product organizations in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
Core Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s overall product strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritization framework, and long-term product portfolio strategy.
Lead the full product lifecycle from market research and discovery through development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
Identify customer needs, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technology opportunities.
Establish product management processes, governance frameworks, and performance standards across the organization.
Partner with engineering and technology leadership to ensure efficient product development and scalable architecture.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to drive product adoption and commercial growth.
Develop business cases and investment priorities for new products, features, platforms, and strategic initiatives.
Use customer feedback, market intelligence, analytics, and performance data to guide product decisions.
Establish product KPIs and continuously evaluate product performance, adoption, retention, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction.
Lead product launches and ensure effective go-to-market coordination across relevant business functions.
Manage product budgets, resources, timelines, and organizational priorities.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management organization.
Establish clear communication between product, technology, business, and executive leadership teams.
Evaluate strategic partnerships, technology integrations, and external solutions that may strengthen the product portfolio.
Ensure products are designed with appropriate security, privacy, risk management, compliance, and operational considerations.
Monitor industry developments across FinTech, digital finance, enterprise technology, data infrastructure, and related technology markets.
Present product strategy, performance, investment priorities, and roadmap recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
15–20+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, technology, FinTech, financial services, enterprise software, or related industries.
Significant leadership experience managing product organizations and cross-functional teams.
Proven experience developing and executing product strategies for technology-driven businesses.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, customer research, and product commercialization.
Experience working closely with engineering, technology, sales, marketing, operations, compliance, and executive leadership teams.
Strong commercial understanding with the ability to connect product strategy to revenue, customer growth, and business performance.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products, priorities, and strategic initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in complex, regulated, or highly competitive industries is preferred.
International or cross-border business experience is preferred.
Experience with AI, data analytics, cloud platforms, enterprise software, digital financial services, or emerging technology ecosystems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
