Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE/MBSW)

We are looking for an experienced MBSE/MBSW Engineer to support and govern Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Software Engineering (MBSW), and Ampere Modelling Rules (AMR) activities. The role involves model governance, MagicDraw administration, validation rule implementation, automation, user support, and continuous improvement of model-based engineering practices.
Must Have
• 5-7 years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and/or Model-Based Software Engineering (MBSW).
• Hands-on experience with MagicDraw/Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Good understanding of SysML, UML, software architecture modeling, and model governance principles.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, or validating models, metamodels, profiles, and modeling frameworks.
• Knowledge of model verification and validation rule implementation.
• Experience in scripting/automation for engineering tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with JIRA-based support processes, issue tracking, and user support activities.
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation, user guides, and best practice creation.
• Ability to provide L1/L2 user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of modeling/tool-related issues.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
