ALM Tools Engineer (Codebeamer / DOORS / Requirements Management)
Experience: 3-9 Years
Location: Chennai
. Must-Have Skills • 3-9 years of experience in ALM Tools Administration or Requirements Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Codebeamer, IBM DOORS/DOORS Next, or similar ALM platforms.
• Solid understanding of Requirements Engineering and End-to-End Traceability.
• Experience in JIRA-based support and ticket management.
• User access management, governance and compliance monitoring.
• Strong reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
• Basic SQL/Data Analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
