About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist / Manager to help us identify, recruit, and grow high-potential users, hosts, and creator communities within the voice chat and social audio space in Indonesia.
In this role, you will be responsible for discovering high-quality voice room hosts, content creators, community leaders, and agency partners across social platforms and online communities. You will build strong relationships, communicate our value proposition, and onboard high-potential leads into active users and long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and source high-potential voice room hosts, creators, community leaders, and agency partners across social media, voice platforms, and online communities.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to acquire, recruit, and onboard high-quality creators and voice chat communities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hosts, agencies, guild owners, and ecosystem partners.
Introduce our product, effectively communicate its value proposition, and convert prospective leads into active creators or platform partners.
Track and manage the complete BD funnel—from initial outreach to onboarding, activation, and retention.
Monitor industry trends across voice chat, social audio, live streaming, and gaming/creator communities to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Growth teams to continuously optimize user acquisition and engagement strategies.
Test new recruitment channels, outreach techniques, and partnership models to drive sustainable growth.
Requirements:
1–2+ years of experience in Business Development, User/Creator Acquisition, Community Operations, or Partnerships within social apps, live streaming, gaming, or creator platforms.
Strong familiarity with social audio, voice chat apps, live streaming ecosystems, or gaming communities (e.g., Discord, TikTok, Telegram, etc.).
Proven track record in cold outreach, lead sourcing, and successfully onboarding hosts, creators, or agencies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track conversion funnels and optimize outreach results.
Native or professional understanding of the Indonesian creator/social audio ecosystem and market dynamics.
Nice to Have:
Existing network or contacts with voice room hosts, live-streamers, creator agencies, or online gaming communities/guilds.
Experience in building creator networks from scratch or scaling live streaming/audio communities.
Experience working with cross-border teams or international markets.
