Role Description The Vice President of Operations is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across Gemini’s products and services. This role oversees end-to-end operations, including process design, performance management, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination with product, engineering, customer success, and finance teams. The Vice President of Operations will establish operational frameworks, set measurable goals, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with Gemini’s strategic priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining operating models, monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing customer experience operations, and leading complex projects that support scalability and quality. This role also mentors and develops operations leaders, implements best practices, and promotes continuous improvement in a dynamic AI-focused environment.
Qualifications
Operations Management and Project Management skills to design, optimize, and execute scalable processes and initiatives.
P&L Management and Strategic Planning skills to oversee budgets, financial performance, and long-term operational strategy.
Customer Service expertise to ensure high-quality support, strong customer satisfaction, and effective service delivery models.
Proven experience leading operations in technology or SaaS organizations, ideally in AI, cloud, or data-driven products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data, metrics, and dashboards for decision-making.
Demonstrated success managing and developing diverse, distributed teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across executive, technical, and business functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial.
