Hourly/Salary Compensation Range: TBD (based on experience and final hours/week)
Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract with very strong potential for ongoing extension
Location: 100% Remote
Hours: 8am-5pm M-F, MST hours
Estimated 20–40 hours/week

Client Overview:
A leading, nonprofit health system based in the western U.S. serving patients across 7 states. The system combines care delivery with their own insurance arm for a value-based, population-health model, and leans heavily on technology and data-driven care.
Job Description:
Our client's Marketing team is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to own the operational build and launch of new location pages across the enterprise. This is not a creative design or traditional marketing role; it is a process-heavy, operations-focused position centered on data accuracy, workflow management, and cross-functional coordination.
The coordinator will manage a multi-step workflow (roughly 6–10 steps) for ~90+ new location pages this year and dozens of active projects at any given time. This includes gathering required data (names, addresses, Epic/marketable location IDs, services, providers), entering and tracking tickets across multiple internal systems, and coordinating with teams such as Provider Data Services, .org/web, Digital, and EPMO/operations to ensure pages go live correctly and on time.
A key outcome of this role is to ensure that patients can easily find accurate, up-to-date location information on the health system's website and via Google/Bing search results. You will think beyond checklists to consider patient experience, troubleshoot issues when pages aren’t displaying correctly, and flag when new pages are or are not necessary based on how providers and locations appear online.
You will embed with the Marketing team, working closely with team members who are responsible for the higher-level marketing, awareness, and patient acquisition work. By owning the operational/ticketing piece, this role frees the team to focus on strategy and campaigns.
Skill Set Requirements:
2–3+ years experience in a process-driven, operational, or project coordination role (e.g., digital operations, marketing operations, web operations, project coordinator, program coordinator).
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with many steps, dependencies, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills; comfortable working from checklists, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Service Hub, Jira, or similar).
Proficiency with Airtable and/or similar database-style tools, and Microsoft Excel.
Comfort working in Microsoft Teams and a structured shared-folder environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly document, follow up, and escalate issues with internal partners.
Ability to work with ambiguity and shifting timelines (e.g., clinic opening dates moving, changing priorities).
Strong attention to detail and quality control for data entry, page reviews, and linkages between systems.
Patient-centric mindset: can think about how location and provider information appears in search and what experience a patient would have navigating to a clinic.
Nice to Haves:
Experience in a healthcare or health system environment, especially with multi-location structures.
Familiarity with:
ServiceNow / Service Hub
Airtable (dashboards, status views, basic configuration)
Epic or other EMR systems, especially concepts like:
Marketable location IDs
Practice/clinic locations
Working with EPMO or a formal project management office.
Understanding of how SEO, provider profiles, and location pages work together to drive organic search visibility (no advanced SEO expertise required).
Experience managing high-volume operational workflows (e.g., dozens of similar tickets or requests simultaneously).
Education/Certification(s)/License(s):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Any project management–related training or certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or similar) is a plus but not required.
