Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst for a 100% remote opportunity supporting finance systems and business process initiatives. This position is open to Wisconsin-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Wisconsin within 30 days of the start date. All work must be performed within Wisconsin.

Responsibilities
Analyze and document business processes and requirements for finance-related systems.
Gather, evaluate, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, process flows, and test cases.
Support finance systems involving cash management, accounts receivable, billing, accounts payable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Participate in testing activities, including developing test cases and validating system functionality.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement effective business solutions.
Serve as a liaison between business teams and technology teams throughout project initiatives.
Support process management and documentation activities.
Communicate project requirements and business needs effectively across multiple organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience working in Business Analyst roles.
Strong experience with finance systems and related business processes.
Experience with cash management, accounts receivable, AR, billing, accounts payable, AP, general ledger, and fixed assets.
Strong understanding of business requirements and requirements documentation.
Experience developing and executing test cases.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
Must be located in Wisconsin or willing to relocate to Wisconsin within 30 days of the start date.
All work must be performed within Wisconsin.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with government organizations.
Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience.
Experience with JIRA.
Experience with Lawson or Infor ERP systems.
Experience serving as a liaison with C-suite executives.
Strong process management and accounting knowledge.
