Business Development Associate – MBA 2026 Batch

TechnoVITY Inc. is looking for motivated and energetic MBA 2026 graduates to join our team as Business Development Associates.
This is a full-time remote opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in business development, technology consulting, sales, customer engagement, and market research.
Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential customers, industries, and new business opportunities.
• Support lead generation, prospect research, outreach, and customer follow-ups.
• Assist with preparation of proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, quotations, and other sales documents.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to develop appropriate solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor research and track relevant industry developments.
• Maintain and regularly update leads, opportunities, contacts, and follow-up activities in CRM or internal tracking systems.
• Support customer, partner, vendor, and alliance relationship management.
• Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, webinars, conferences, and other business-development activities.
• Prepare business presentations, company profiles, capability documents, and sales-support material.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Support management with business analysis, reporting, pipeline tracking, and other strategic initiatives.

• MBA graduating in 2026 or recently completed MBA.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, email, and online collaboration tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies, industries, products, and business processes quickly.
• Willingness to communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams across different geographies and time zones.
Preferred
• MBA specialization in Marketing, Sales, International Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field.
• Exposure to B2B sales, IT services, consulting, SaaS, enterprise software, or technology companies.
• Internship or academic project experience involving sales, market research, business development, proposal management, or customer engagement.
