Role Description
We are looking for motivated engineering graduates who want to begin their careers in enterprise technology, cloud, AI, and application consulting.
As a Technical Specialist , you will receive training and hands-on exposure to enterprise applications and technologies while working with experienced technical specialists.
You will gradually participate in real implementation, support, troubleshooting, upgrade, integration, cloud, and AI-related activities.
What You Will Work On
Learn enterprise application and cloud technologies through structured training and hands-on assignments.
Assist with application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Work with databases, APIs, integrations, Linux, and cloud environments.
Participate in application implementation and upgrade activities.
Investigate technical issues and document findings and resolutions.
Support internal development, testing, proof-of-concept, and customer projects.
Gain exposure to IBM Maximo, MREF/TRIRIGA, Red Hat OpenShift, AI, and automation technologies.
Work with senior team members and progressively take ownership of assigned technical tasks.
Participate in continuous learning, technical demonstrations, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or a related engineering discipline.
Recent graduate / fresher.
Basic understanding of programming, databases, operating systems, networking, or software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to investigate technical problems.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.
Genuine interest in building a career in enterprise applications, cloud, AI, automation, or technical consulting.
Good to Have — Not Mandatory
Any exposure through college projects, internships, certifications, or self-learning in the following areas is helpful but not required:
Java, Python, JavaScript, or another programming language
SQL and relational databases
Linux
REST APIs
Cloud platforms
Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
