Veeva System Administrator (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced professional to support and enhance a regulated digital quality management environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining business-critical quality applications, ensuring they operate efficiently, remain compliant with industry standards, and continue to meet evolving organizational needs. The ideal candidate combines strong system administration expertise with a consultative approach to solution design and problem-solving.
Your tasks
Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise quality management platforms and their related processes
Design and implement system improvements based on business and operational requirements
Manage configuration updates, enhancements, and large-scale data maintenance activities
Perform validation and testing activities to ensure system reliability and compliance
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, conducting root-cause analysis when required
Act as an escalation point for advanced support cases while driving continuous system and user experience improvements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience administering and configuring enterprise quality management solutions with hands-on Veeva Quality experience
Proven expertise in quality-focused document and process management systems
Strong background in system configuration, workflow management, permissions, and governance
Experience supporting regulated environments and compliance-driven processes
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective long-term solutions
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
