Solutions Consultant

MT BYTES is looking for a Solutions Consultant to work closely with clients and help turn business needs into practical technology solutions in Canada. You will join client conversations, understand requirements, help shape proposals, and work with delivery teams to make sure the solution is practical and commercially sound.
The ability to build trust and work well across teams will be important in the role. In Canada, we want someone who can develop trusted relationships, understand business needs, and create well-qualified opportunities.
This is a hands-on role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable owning the work rather than waiting for detailed direction.
What you will do
• Join discovery calls and clarify client requirements
• Translate business problems into workable solution approaches
• Help prepare proposals, estimates, and solution outlines
• Work with technical and delivery teams throughout the sales process
• Explain technical choices in clear business language
What we are looking for
• Experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, consulting, or a similar client-facing role
• Able to understand business requirements and discuss technology clearly
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comfort working with commercial and technical teams
• Experience in Canadian B2B sales or technology markets is an advantage.
