HiWox is building a personalized Wellness Intelligence Platform that collects and analyzes data across 9 dimensions of wellness and converts it into explainable, evidence-backed recommendations, personalized rituals and wellness programs.
We are building a technology ecosystem combining mobile data, wearables, healthcare devices, clinical measurements, health records and intelligent data analysis.

Role Objective
Lead the healthcare technology layer of HiWox by identifying relevant technologies, evaluating healthcare devices and digital health solutions, defining data requirements, supporting technology integrations and helping the team build a scalable healthcare technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Technology Research Research emerging healthcare technologies, medical devices, wearables, diagnostics, remote monitoring systems and digital health platforms relevant to HiWox.
Device & Technology Mapping Identify devices and technologies that can provide meaningful data across HiWox's 9 wellness areas.
Healthcare Data Parameters Define what parameters should be collected from each device, wearable, diagnostic system or healthcare technology and how those parameters can contribute to HiWox's intelligence engine.
Technology Evaluation Evaluate technologies based on accuracy, reliability, usability, interoperability, cost, scalability, clinical relevance and suitability for real-world deployment. WHO's health-technology assessment framework considers clinical, economic, ethical and social implications when evaluating health technologies. 
Device Integration Strategy Work with the technology team to determine how data from smartwatches, rings, clinical devices, diagnostic equipment and other health technologies can be integrated into HiWox.
Digital Health Architecture Contribute to the architecture for collecting, storing, standardizing and transferring healthcare data across different devices and platforms.
Interoperability Research relevant healthcare data standards, APIs and interoperability approaches so HiWox can connect with different healthcare technologies and systems.
Healthcare Technology Partnerships Identify device manufacturers, diagnostic companies, HealthTech companies, hospitals, laboratories and technology providers for potential partnerships and integrations.
Product & R&D Collaboration Work closely with product managers, developers, data scientists, healthcare researchers and wellness experts to translate healthcare technology capabilities into product requirements.
Technology Roadmap Help define HiWox's roadmap for integrating phones, rings, wearables, clinical devices, diagnostic tests and future healthcare technologies.

Ideal Candidate
Healthcare technology professional, HealthTech specialist, biomedical engineer, clinical technology expert, digital-health professional or related background.
Strong understanding of healthcare devices and digital health technologies.
Experience evaluating or implementing healthcare technologies.
Understanding of medical devices, wearables, diagnostics and health-data systems.
Ability to understand both healthcare requirements and technology capabilities.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Comfortable working with technical and healthcare teams.
Strong interest in healthcare innovation and preventive wellness.
Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup environment.

Equity-Only Structure
This is an equity-only founding position.
There is no fixed salary or monthly compensation at the current stage. Equity will be discussed based on the candidate's experience, expertise, expected contribution, time commitment and long-term involvement with HiWox.
We are looking for someone who wants to participate in building HiWox's healthcare technology ecosystem and become a long-term member of the founding team, rather than functioning only as an external consultant.
Expected Commitment
Part-time and remote.
The candidate should be able to provide consistent weekly contribution and participate in technology reviews, R&D discussions, product meetings and strategic discussions.
