We are seeking an experienced Design Manager / Architectural Consultant to oversee architectural design, consultant coordination, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage architectural design, planning, coordination, and project delivery.
Prepare and review design concepts, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Monitor design progress, project schedules, quality, and compliance.
Review and resolve design issues, technical queries, and design changes.
Attend design, client, consultant, and site coordination meetings.
Ensure designs comply with building regulations, project requirements, and authority standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related field.
Relevant experience in design management, architectural consultancy, or project coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
Strong design, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of construction drawings, building regulations, and project documentation.
Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or large-scale projects is an advantage.
