Senior Product Growth Manager / Head of Growth

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Growth Manager / Head of Growth to drive user acquisition, product adoption, engagement, retention, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product growth strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
Identify and optimise growth opportunities, user journeys, conversion funnels, and product experiences.
Lead growth experiments, A/B testing, lifecycle initiatives, and data-driven optimisation.
Analyse user behaviour, product metrics, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with product, marketing, UX, sales, data, and engineering teams to deliver growth initiatives.
Develop and monitor growth KPIs, dashboards, experiments, and performance targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in product growth, growth marketing, product management, or a related senior role.
Strong knowledge of growth strategy, funnel optimisation, experimentation, analytics, user acquisition, and retention.
Strong analytical, strategic, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, CRM, marketing automation, and data tools.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver measurable growth initiatives.
Experience in SaaS, technology, fintech, e-commerce, consumer apps, or digital platforms is preferred.
