We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Construction Director to oversee construction operations, site execution, project delivery, quality control, safety, and overall construction performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction activities, site operations, and project execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements, work programmes, and site conditions.
Coordinate site teams, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress, manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and project milestones.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, construction standards, quality requirements, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Identify and resolve construction, technical, coordination, quality, and site issues.
Manage site inspections, testing, quality control, progress monitoring, and rectification works.
Prepare and review construction reports, progress updates, site records, technical documentation, and project close-out reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
Proven experience in construction management, site management, project execution, or construction supervision.
Good knowledge of construction methods, project planning, quality control, site safety, and building standards.
Strong leadership, technical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant professional certification or construction management experience is an advantage.
Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, high-rise, or building projects is preferred.
