Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time position in a hybrid work model, based in Kanyakumari district with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for ENYARD’s AI-driven platforms. The role involves meeting prospective clients, presenting product demos, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable solutions across workforce, retail, and safety management domains. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, maintain ongoing relationships, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and provide feedback from the market to support product and strategy improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing proposals, tracking performance against targets, and representing ENYARD at meetings, events, and online engagements.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
Business acumen and understanding of technology or SaaS solutions, particularly in automation, AI, or enterprise platforms.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
Account Management capabilities, with experience in maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prior experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology, software, or AI-based solutions.
Comfort working in a hybrid model, with willingness to travel within Kanyakumari district and nearby regions for client meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, use digital tools (CRM, productivity software), and meet or exceed performance targets.
