Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Tiruvallur. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and documentation, attendance and leave management, and coordination of payroll inputs. The role includes maintaining employee records, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed. The Human Resources Executive will address employee queries, support grievance handling, and assist in organizing trainings, engagement activities, and welfare initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on HR reporting and supporting compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a clear understanding of organizational HR functions.
Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR-related administration.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns, supporting engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, including development, implementation, and communication of guidelines and procedures.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a postgraduate specialization in HR is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and HR-related tools; experience in the nonprofit or social development sector is desirable.
