Role Description The ERP Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. The ERP Executive will manage day-to-day ERP system operations, including data entry, validation, and maintenance of records related to programs, beneficiaries, finance, and administration. This role involves coordinating with various departments to understand process requirements, configuring and updating ERP modules, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders. The ERP Executive will troubleshoot system issues, liaise with vendors or technical teams as needed, and support staff in using the ERP system effectively through training and guidance. Additional responsibilities include monitoring system performance, enforcing data security and compliance, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and transparency.
