TIGERFIRE is looking for a bold, culture-first Assistant Manager – Brand. This role drives consumer engagement, cultivate brand loyalty, and build a strong community of brand ambassadors. This role will focus on developing and executing advocacy programs, managing influencer relationships, and ensuring the brand is represented authentically in key markets
🔥 What You’ll Do:
• Brand Advocacy & Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to build a community of passionate brand advocates, influencers, and trade partners.
• Influencer & Ambassador Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, bartenders, mixologists, and social media influencers.
•Experiential Marketing: Plan and execute activations, events, tastings, and collaborations to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
•Social & Digital Engagement: Work closely with the digital marketing team to leverage social media platforms for advocacy initiatives, user-generated content, and brand storytelling.
• Trade Advocacy & Engagement: Partner with on-premise and off-premise accounts to enhance brand visibility and drive preference among bartenders and retailers.
• Training & Education: Conduct brand training sessions, masterclasses, and tastings for internal teams, partners, and advocates to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure advocacy program effectiveness using KPIs, social listening, and engagement metrics.
•Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and PR teams to ensure advocacy efforts align with overall brand goals.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Degree from Hospitality / Catering College, course in mixology/ wset level 1 or 2.
• 4-7 years of experience in brand advocacy, influencer marketing, community management, or trade marketing within the alcobev, FMCG, or lifestyle industry.
• Must be able to work independently behind the bar ability to curate & create cocktails with our brand & execute the same at events & Bar Takeover & Guest shifts as & when required.
•Build strong relationships with the Bartending fraternity, and an ability to co ordinate & liaise with Bar Training schools & agencies for execution of activations at outlets & independent standards alone events
• Strong network of industry professionals, influencers, and brand advocates in the alcohol/beverage space.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and storytelling skills.
•Passion for the alco-bev industry, with a deep understanding of trends, culture, and consumer behaviour.
• Experience in event planning, sponsorships, and experiential marketing.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently for brand activations, events, and ambassador programs.
