We’re Hiring | Cluster Manager – Odisha (FMCG )
HESA is looking for a Cluster Manager – Odisha to take ownership of business performance across districts and drive sustainable growth across FMCG, retail, and rural commerce.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage sales, profitability, operations, teams, market expansion, and the Hesaathi network.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B & B2C FMCG sales and achieve district-wise revenue targets.
Prepare sales plans and conduct regular performance reviews.
Own profitability, optimise operational/logistics costs, and monitor discounts and expenses.
Manage stock & inventory, ensuring accurate reconciliation, availability, and timely replenishment.
Ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve supply chain gaps.
Drive Kirana onboarding, activation, repeat business, and market expansion.
Grow the Hesaathi network through onboarding, activation, productivity, and local market development.
Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams while driving target achievement and accountability.
Conduct regular cluster reviews and ensure timely closure of operational gaps.
Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and new business opportunities with management.
👤 What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in FMCG, Sales, Distribution, Retail, E-commerce, or Rural Business.
Retail and E-commerce background is preferred.
Strong experience in field sales and team management.
Experience in Kirana onboarding, retail network development, or distribution will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of rural and semi-urban markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Excellent execution and problem-solving ability.
High ownership and target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned districts.
Candidates with good knowledge of the Odisha market will be preferred.
