🚀 WE ARE HIRING: Chemist (Lab) – FMCG Packaged Foods 🚀
Join the Quality Control / R&D team at Talod Food Products Pvt. Ltd.
📍 Location: Talod (Sabarkantha), Gujarat
💼 Experience & Qualifications:
M.Sc (Chemistry / Food Science / Allied): Freshers or 1+ years experience.
B.Sc (Chemistry): 3 to 5 years core food laboratory experience.
Direct background in FMCG, flour milling, or Ready-to-Cook (RTC) mixes is highly preferred.
Local applicants living in Talod or nearby areas preferred!
⚙️ Core Chemical Lab Responsibilities:
Flour & Premix Testing: Conduct daily routine chemical, physical, and sensory evaluations on raw flours, spices, and finished instant mixes (Khaman, Dhokla, Gota, Idli).
FSSAI Compliance: Ensure all sample analysis strictly meets food safety guidelines, SOPs, and local regulatory standards.
Moisture & Shelf-Life Profiling: Run accelerated stability tests, particle size distributions, and moisture content analysis to monitor product shelf-life preservation.
Batch Consistency: Verify raw materials and mixed batches to flag structural or chemical deviations before packaging.
Instrument Calibration: Handle and maintain analytical lab equipment including moisture analyzers, pH meters, weighing scales, and titrators.
Documentation & Inventory: Maintain strict, audit-ready records of batch tracking, test parameters, and lab reagent inventory.
