Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Rajkot. The Account Executive will manage relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their project needs, and propose suitable water treatment and beverage packaging solutions. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating with technical and production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and services. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, tracking orders, following up on payments, and supporting export documentation and logistics as needed. The Account Executive will contribute to sales targets, participate in client visits and presentations, and provide regular reports on account performance to management.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to understand technical requirements and present suitable solutions.
Experience in sales or account management, preferably in industrial equipment, water treatment, packaging, or related engineering sectors.
Ability to prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and basic contract documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good coordination and organizational skills to work with cross-functional teams such as engineering, production, and logistics.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a technical or mechanical engineering background is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting customer expectations and project timelines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events when required.
