Role Description The Junior Project Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. This role involves supporting the planning, design, and execution of water treatment and beverage turnkey projects, including coordination with senior engineers and project managers to meet technical and timeline requirements. The Junior Project Engineer will assist in preparing project documentation, drawings, and specifications, and will help monitor project progress, quality checks, and adherence to safety and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, supporting installation and commissioning activities, and addressing basic technical issues under supervision. The role also involves maintaining clear communication on project status, recording reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and basic Electrical Engineering skills relevant to water treatment and beverage plant equipment.
Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to support scheduling, coordination, and timely execution of project activities.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
Fundamental understanding of industrial equipment, piping, and process systems; exposure to water treatment or beverage plants is an advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings, use basic engineering tools, and follow safety and quality procedures.
Strong problem-solving attitude, willingness to learn, and capability to work on-site at manufacturing and project locations.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting; familiarity with CAD software is beneficial.
