Educational Counselor

Job Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding educational courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Understand students' requirements, educational background, and career goals.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career prospects.
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions/enrolments.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update candidate/student information in Excel or CRM.
Assist students with the admission and documentation process.
Coordinate with the internal academic/admission team for smooth student onboarding.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–1.5 years of experience in education counselling, tele-calling, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
