Role Description The Store Auditor role at BuyBuyCart is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Store Auditor will be responsible for conducting regular audits of store operations, including inventory checks, price verification, and assessment of stock accuracy. The role involves reviewing compliance with company policies, documenting audit findings, and preparing clear reports for store and management teams. The Store Auditor will collaborate with store staff to address discrepancies, recommend process improvements, and help ensure a consistent and reliable customer experience. This position requires being present in the store environment to observe day-to-day activities and support continuous operational improvement.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct detailed store audits, including inventory verification, stock counts, and accuracy checks.
Strong analytical and numerical skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and interpret audit results.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets or audit tools to record findings and prepare structured reports.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with store teams and clearly explain audit outcomes and recommendations.
Attention to detail and a high level of integrity when handling operational and financial information.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple store audit schedules.
Prior experience in retail operations, auditing, or inventory management is beneficial.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
