Head of Procurement

We are looking for an accomplished Group Head – Procurement to lead our end-to-end procurement and supply chain function across a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects and business verticals.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Premium Commercial Interiors or related project environments, with a proven track record of managing strategic sourcing, vendor development, contract negotiations, cost optimisation, and supply chain operations across complex, high-value projects.
Job Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain
Develop and execute procurement strategies for large-scale hotel, hospitality, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.
Lead CAPEX and OPEX procurement budgets, cost optimization, value engineering, and commercial planning.
Build resilient domestic and global supply chains for critical and long-lead materials.
Monitor market trends, commodity prices, material cycles, and industry dynamics to drive strategic sourcing decisions.
🔹 End-to-End Project Procurement
Lead procurement across Civil, Structural, MEP, Finishing, Interior Fit-outs, FF&E and OS&E.
Drive sourcing for premium corporate offices, managed workspaces, hotels, resorts, clubs, and other hospitality assets.
Manage procurement of furniture, lighting, flooring, acoustics, technology infrastructure, kitchen equipment, guest amenities, linen, and other specialized requirements.
Establish robust vendor and subcontractor prequalification and evaluation processes.
🔹 Contracts, Negotiations & Risk Management
Lead high-value negotiations for civil, MEP, design & build, interior, and specialist contracts.
Manage commercial terms, payment milestones, warranties, SLAs, variations, change orders, and claims.
Ensure contractual, regulatory, ethical sourcing, and corporate governance compliance.
Establish strong expediting and logistics processes for critical and long-lead items.
🔹 Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
Work closely with Projects, Design, Architecture, QS, Finance, Legal, Operations, Hotels, Clubs, and New Business teams.
Build strategic relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, contractors, subcontractors, and key trade partners.
Drive adoption of e-sourcing, P2P, ERP, digital procurement, and real-time reporting systems.
What We’re Looking For
20+ years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain leadership.
Proven experience managing large procurement spends and complex, multi-location projects.
Strong understanding of structural materials, MEP, finishing materials, FF&E, OS&E, and specialist sourcing channels.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiations, contracts, cost control, and vendor management.
Experience managing large, decentralized teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including TCO, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and value engineering.
Strong knowledge of ERP and e-procurement platforms.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
CIPS, CPSM, CSCP or similar professional certifications will be an advantage.
