Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Associate role based in Mumbai. The Customer Success Associate will support users throughout their real estate journey, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with Houzeo’s platform and services. Responsibilities include guiding customers through product features, onboarding new users, providing timely follow-up, and coordinating with internal teams to address complex questions or concerns. The role involves monitoring customer accounts, identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention, and capturing feedback to inform product and process enhancements. The Customer Success Associate will also maintain accurate records in customer management tools and contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows and knowledge resources.
Qualifications
Ability to manage Customer Engagement and Customer Satisfaction, building strong relationships and delivering consistent, high-quality support.
Experience in Customer Support, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear, solution-focused guidance.
Skills in Customer Retention, with a focus on proactive outreach, follow-up, and maintaining long-term user trust and loyalty.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements to processes and user experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Comfort working with web-based platforms, CRM tools, and basic productivity software.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles within technology, real estate, or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
