Role Summary 🦋
As a UI/UX Designer, you will turn product requirements and user problems into simple,
intuitive, and polished experiences across web and mobile. You will work from early flows
and wireframes through high-fidelity UI, prototypes, developer handoff, testing,
and iteration. Our workflow increasingly uses AI-assisted design tools such as Claude
Design to speed up ideation and prototyping. You are expected to use AI critically, not
accept generated designs blindly.
Roles & Responsibilities 🦋
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• Illustrate design ideas using flows, sitemaps, journey maps or storyboards when useful.
• Design interface elements such as navigation, menus, tabs, forms, search, cards,
dashboards and widgets.
• Create responsive experiences for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Build reusable Figma components, variants and patterns that support design-system
consistency.
• Identify UX problems and improve hierarchy, navigation, usability and conversion flows.
• Design important states including loading, empty, error, validation, disabled and success
states.
• Prepare and present design rationale to product, engineering and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA and other designers.
• Participate in user testing and use analytics or behavioral evidence to refine designs.
• Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping and iteration while
independently validating the output.
• Review AI-generated interfaces for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, brand
consistency and implementation feasibility.
Required Qualification🦋
• 2+ years of UI/UX or product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating professional web and/or mobile product work.
• Strong Figma skills, especially Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping and
responsive layouts.
• Working knowledge of modern design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing
and interaction design.
• Ability to balance functional, user and aesthetic requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions with clear reasoning.
• Good time-management and collaboration skills. BSc in Design, Computer Science
Nice to Haves 👑
• Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, v0, Lovable, Cursor or similar AI-assisted
tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how interfaces are implemented.
• Experience with marketplaces, SaaS, dashboards, real estate or high-conversion
consumer products.
• Familiarity with analytics or behavioral tools such as GA4, Clarity, UXCam or Hotjar.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
