About the Role:
We're looking for a data analyst to build reports and dashboards that help our teams make data-driven decisions. You'll work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
Automate recurring reports to save manual effort
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs
Present findings in a clear, easy-to-understand format.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in data analysis/reporting
Power BI (mandatory) — strong hands-on experience
Good knowledge of Excel; SQL is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
Nice to Have:
Experience with Google Analytics / Google Ads / Meta Ads data
Familiarity with automation tools
