Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist internship at GigRise is a hybrid role based in Nampally, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include supporting digital marketing campaigns, monitoring social media performance, responding to audience interactions, and helping manage the content calendar. The intern will also collaborate with team members to align social media activities with overall marketing goals, conduct basic market and trend research, and prepare performance reports. This internship offers hands-on experience with social media tools and strategies in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles.
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for online audiences.
Ability to use social media platforms and basic analytics tools; familiarity with content scheduling tools is an advantage.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and an interest in current social media trends.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks in a hybrid work environment (Nampally and remote).
Enrollment in or completion of studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and collaborate with a diverse team.
