Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive Recruitment role based in Nashik. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across different functions and locations. The Human Resources Executive will coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build effective job descriptions, and support workforce planning. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate HR records, assisting with HR operations and policy implementation, and supporting employee engagement activities. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and a strong employer brand aligned with Yoova’s values.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess solid experience in HR Operations and HR Policies.
Candidates should possess effective Employee Relations and communication skills.
Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing within fast-paced industries such as food and beverage or hospitality.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and MS Office tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualifications are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on-site in Nashik and build trust with teams at various levels.
