Role Description The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management for on-site staff in Nashik. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting payroll inputs, monitoring attendance and leave, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role involves coordinating training and development activities, handling employee queries, supporting performance management processes, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture across cloud kitchens, cafés, and dessert units. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, requiring close collaboration with management and operational teams to align HR practices with business goals.
