📋 ABOUT THE ROLE
SGD Connects is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell open plots to prospective buyers and investors.
🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into potential customers
• Generate leads through personal references, networking, and referrals
• Participate in field visits and marketing campaigns to generate new leads
• Follow up with leads received through field activities and promotional campaigns
• Explain plot details, layouts, pricing & payment plans to prospective clients
• Schedule and conduct site visits for interested customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Negotiate and close deals while coordinating the documentation process
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and sales
🎓 REQUIREMENTS
• BBA / MBA preferred
• 0–3 years of sales experience
• Real estate experience preferred, not mandatory
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for site visits within Hyderabad
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
