Travel Sales Specialist - US Travel

Key Responsibilities
• Handle US travel PPC leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales
• Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations changes and modifications.
• Handle car rental and cruise bookings and generate additional sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
• Upsell/cross-sell relevant travel products to maximize revenue.
• Maintain high conversion rates and achieve monthly sales, revenue targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking journey.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain accurate booking, customer records.
Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in US Travel Sales/PPC
• Hands-on experience with flights, cancellations, car rentals and cruise bookings.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving monthly targets
• Good communication skills and ability to handle US customers.
• Willingness to work in US shifts from Noida office.
