Role Description The Financial Controller role at Address Advisors is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will oversee the preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the company’s accounting operations, supervising general ledger activities, and monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The Financial Controller will provide financial reports and performance analyses to leadership, support strategic decision-making, and implement controls to safeguard company assets. This role also involves coordinating with external auditors, optimizing financial processes, and contributing to the development of financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to manage core financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, analysis, and compliance with relevant standards.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls in a corporate or real estate environment.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems or financial management tools is beneficial.
