About The Opportunity

Our mission: accelerate precision diagnostics by deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions that augment pathologists, automate slide interpretation, and reduce reporting latency—while maintaining HIPAA-grade compliance and clinical accuracy. Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/LLM projects targeting molecular biology, cytology, and anatomical pathology use cases—from scoping to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (data scientists, medical SMEs, software engineers, QA) to align AI outputs with clinical validation standards and regulatory readiness.
Translate complex biomedical requirements into actionable technical specs for LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG pipeline design.
Manage sprint cycles, risk logs, and stakeholder expectations across global clients and internal R&D, ensuring on-time, high-quality AI model delivery.
Validate model performance against ground-truth medical datasets and drive iteration cycles with feedback from board-certified pathologists.
Document AI lineage, clinical validation protocols, and compliance controls to support regulatory submissions (FDA/CE/DCGI-readiness).
