We’re Hiring | Jewellery Technology Functional Specialist
JWERO is expanding its team and looking for a Jewellery Technology Functional Specialist with strong hands-on experience using Jewellery ERP software.
📍 Bhayandar West, Mumbai | Office-based
What will you do?
You will work closely with our business, product and technology teams to:
• Understand jewellery business processes and software workflows
• Support implementation and onboarding of jewellery businesses
• Help customers and internal teams use technology effectively
• Translate real-world jewellery business requirements into practical software workflows
• Suggest improvements based on your hands-on ERP experience
• Document business processes and functional requirements
• Coordinate with the technology team on functional requirements and issues
• Gradually take ownership of the Application Support & Customer Success function
Who are we looking for?
Hands-on Jewellery ERP experience is essential.
You should:
• Have practical experience using or supporting Jewellery ERP software
• Understand jewellery business operations, not just ERP screens
• Be able to analyse processes and suggest better ways of working
• Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Communicate comfortably with business users and technology teams
• Be willing to take ownership and grow beyond routine support work
Software development experience is not required.

The role can progressively grow into:
Jewellery Functional Specialist → Implementation & Customer Success → Application Support Lead
You will work closely with our product and technology teams and have the opportunity to contribute your practical jewellery-business knowledge to how software workflows are designed and improved.
