As a Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer - Project Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales through large-scale construction projects in your designated area. Your efforts in building relationships and securing key projects will significantly contribute to the company's growth and market dominance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure key private and government projects in the assigned market by leveraging your network and influencing decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and approving authorities to drive project sales.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand project-specific needs, competitor activities, and market trends, using this information to inform sales strategies.
Ensure that product quality and benefits are effectively communicated to project stakeholders through presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Monitor project sales performance regularly, prepare detailed reports on sales activities, and provide insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key project customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
