Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary:
The Executive/Sr. Executive in Technical Services will drive Company's technical support agenda, playing a critical role in improving customer satisfaction through product knowledge and influencer engagement. This position focuses on market development and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners while ensuring the quality of service aligns with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of the Technical Support agenda, ensuring alignment with business plans and targets.
Participate in influencer activities to enhance product awareness and gather feedback for improvement.
Coordinate training, CRM, and loyalty programs for influencers, including contractors, painters, and architects.
Maintain regular communication with premium channel partners and retailers to educate them about products and services.
Capture competitive intelligence regarding promotional schemes and market trends.
Organize product awareness meets and technical seminars for key influencers in the construction industry.
Assist in addressing customer complaints and inquiries, providing insights on product quality through systematic testing.
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical services or related fields.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction processes.
A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is essential.
Familiarity with project channels and market development, particularly in the paint/tile/CC industry.
