Executive Director

Role Description The Executive Director is a part-time, remote role responsible for providing strategic leadership across HAT Web SOLUTION’s web development, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations. This role oversees business planning, sets growth priorities, and aligns services with market needs and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include supervising key projects, guiding marketing and advertising initiatives, reviewing performance reports, and ensuring operational efficiency and quality across all service lines. The Executive Director will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage budgets at a high level, and support business development through relationship-building and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Strategic leadership and management skills, including experience in setting vision, goals, and performance standards.
Knowledge of digital services such as web development, social media marketing, and online advertising, with the ability to oversee cross-functional teams.
Strong business planning, financial oversight, and analytical skills to interpret performance data and guide decision-making.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Experience in e-commerce or online retail operations, including familiarity with customer experience, logistics, and online sales strategies.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent leadership experience is a plus.
Prior executive or senior management experience in a digital agency, technology company, or related industry is highly beneficial.
