Product Director

Role Description The Product Director will oversee the strategy, development, and performance of HAT Web SOLUTION’s digital products and online services in a part-time, remote capacity. This role includes defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and aligning product initiatives with business goals and market opportunities. The Product Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycles, optimize user experiences, and ensure timely delivery of improvements. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing product data, tracking KPIs, gathering stakeholder input, and making informed decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. The role also includes mentoring team members, refining processes, and identifying opportunities for innovation across web services and e-commerce offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills to define roadmaps and guide products from concept to launch.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance metrics, and support evidence-based decisions.
Candidates should possess effective Team Leadership and Project Management skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts and deliver initiatives on schedule.
Experience with digital products, web services, or e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, part-time environment are essential.
Familiarity with online marketing, UX principles, and agile methodologies is an advantage.
